1. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”: Refers to LYNTHEA LTD, registered in the UK.
- “Platform”: The SOULAURAUNITY website (www.soulauraunity.com) and mobile applications.
- “Customer”, “You”: Any user purchasing goods through the Platform.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
2.1 These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
2.2 For EU/EEA consumers: You may additionally pursue claims in your local jurisdiction under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013.
3. Account Registration
3.1 You must provide accurate information (name, address, tax ID if applicable).
3.2 Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud.
4. International Orders
4.1 Customs & Taxes:
- You are the importer of record and responsible for all duties, taxes, and local compliance.
- We may collect VAT at checkout for UK/EU orders under the OSS scheme.
4.2 Restricted Items:
- Certain products (e.g., lithium batteries) may be excluded from specific destinations.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 Prices include UK VAT where applicable. International prices exclude import taxes.
5.2 Accepted payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay. Cryptocurrencies not accepted.
6. Delivery & Returns
6.1 Delivery Times:

- EU: 3–5 business days
- Rest of World: 5–14 business days

7.1 All Platform content (logos, product images) is owned by or licensed to SOULAURAUNITY LTD.
7.2 User-generated reviews may be used for promotional purposes.
8. Liability Limitations
8.1 We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs inspections
- Product misuse
- Third-party seller items (marked “Sold by [Seller Name]”)
8.2 Maximum liability per order: 125% of the order value.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 By placing an order, you consent to:
- Fraud prevention checks by third parties
- Marketing emails (opt-out available)
